This is the time to be vigilant when it comes to looking after our health and fitness. Staying active and moving our body regularly in different ways is how we stay well, physically and emotionally. My Adult sessions are continuing on as per usual but indoors via ZOOM Live. Teen Training has been added to the schedule!

During isolation preserve your fitness or increase them to be ready when the outdoors are unleashed!
We spend more time sitting while in isolation, so BURN SOME CALORIES!!!
This is a great opportunity for Teens to try something new while team sports are on hold. It is also a time for them to maintain their fitness so there is a seamless transition back to sport when it starts again.
Also, if fitness hasn't been a strength or interest for you teenager and they may feel uncomfortable training within a group, online fitness provides the option to train without their video or audio turned on, allowing them to be unseen by others, but they can see the trainer and train in privacy.
ADULTS Fee: $15 per person Pay as you go, or prepay 5 or 10 sessions. Sessions 'For All' - are suitable for everyone, you can do the session at your own pace, but it challenges you in all areas. Sessions ' Ladies' - Is slightly less intense. They are better for ladies (or men), who are just starting to increase their fitness, who may have injuries or conditions that need to be taken into consideration, and are looking to improve their overall wellbeing.
TEENS Fee: $10 per teen, for each extra teen per family $5 Pay as you go, or prepay 5 or 10 sessions up front.

This is a time where younger children seem to have an endless amount of energy! For the next few weeks I will be creating some workouts for Kids under 10 years old to get them up and moving and expending that boundless energy they have!! I hope they enjoy!
