I was never a great lover of exercise but after my first group session with Sally over 5 years ago, it took me just 4 weeks to find myself actually looking forward to going, my week is just not complete without at least one of Sally’s classes. Sal manages to combine her knowledge and understanding of exercise and nutrition in a way that makes changes easy to incorporate into your daily life and she works really hard to understand the needs of all of us be they to get fitter, loose weight or just to keep moving.
Sally in a sentence……enthusiastic, knowledgable and overwhelmingly positive - it is impossible to not feel happier after one of her classes - I highly recommend them to anyone of any age or fitness level.

I have been attending group training sessions with Sally twice a week for about 4 years now. I wanted to lose weight and get fit after having 3 children and Sally’s classes were exactly what I needed to help get me moving. Sally is great at helping set realistic goals and keeping you motivated in a fun and supportive way. I love being outside and the small group sizes mean that the sessions are really friendly and personal.
