Group training is an important part of your health journey as it allows you to become part of a team, to get to know like minded people with similar goals to you, and gives you a routine to stick to. It also allows you to shift the focus from 'one-on-one' in Personal Training sessions, to being able to blend in with the group, where you are able to work to your own pace while still being challenged.
Focus is on Resistance Training and High Intensity Interval Training, for optimal benefits that provide functional improvements to your daily lifestyle - sessions are always adjustable to all fitness and experience levels. Studies have shown that both these forms of exercise are most effective for weight loss.
It's a great way to exercise in the fresh air, by the water or in the park. Sessions are held in parks in the Northern Sydney and Sydney Harbour area.

Personal Training sessions are 1 hour and are held outdoors in local parks or in your home if preferred. They are designed around your personal needs and goals, whether they are to lose weight, tone up, improve your lifestyle and health, or to work towards a physical challenge such as a 10km run or half marathon. Using different training techniques such as weight training, HIIT or cardiovascular training, and incorporating a range of different equipment, these sessions can be used alongside nutritional and lifestyle coaching to achieve your ultimate goal.
DPNF PT SESSIONS - $85
Your first Personal Training session will assess your fitness and nutrition needs, which will be the stepping stones to setting goals that will work towards your final health and fitness goal.
This includes goal setting, anthropometric and fitness assessment, nutrition analysis and 30 minute workout.
Following sessions will be designed to work towards your health and fitness goals, through regular assessing and plan management.
